Grade 6 lifting shackles

Grade 6 lifting shackles are used as end elements of rope, chain and webbing slings, as attachment points for hooks, for rope stays in building structures, and as elements used to connect lifting components.

Our grade 6 lifting shackles are made of high-strength alloy steel, are characterized by low deformability at high loads, and a very high BLL/WLL ratio.

Goralmet grade 6 lifting shackles are covered with a thick hot-dip galvanized coating on the bow, and a double layer of electrolytic galvanizing and paint on the pin, providing excellent anti-corrosion protection.

Our grade 6 lifting shackles are available in four design variants, i.e.:

- GM-SP lifting shackle with a longitudinal bow and a pin screwed into the shackle body.

- GM-SPZ lifting shackle with long bow and pin in the form of a screw secured with a nut

- GM-SO lifting shackle with a bow in the shape of the greek letter "omega" and with pin screwed into the shackle body.

- GM-SOZ lifting shackle with an "omega" bow and a pin in the form of screw with a nut.

Our grade 6 lifting shackles are available in load-bearing capacities from 0.5T to 17T.
